My name is Gail Small. I have been a full time Realtor in the Tampa Bay area of Florida since 2002, and I continue to enjoy the opportunity to work in a field that I love so much. Being a Realtor allows me to assist people with accomplishing their dreams of home ownership. I have vast experience with listing and selling residential homes including condos, townhomes, villas, manufactured, vacation homes, estates, and bank-owned properties. Additionally, I am experienced in working with seniors, property management, short sales, working with investors, first time buyers, vacation homes, commercial, and relocations.

As the treasurer of my Homeowners Association, I have the privilege of being engaged with my local community. I am also a member of the Stellar MLS, the West Pasco Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I hold the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, Seller Representative Specialist and the designation of Senior Representative Specialist. Additionally, I am on the list of approved Realtors for first-time home buyers.
